Supernova Dogs Launches First-Ever Agility League

Innovative agility competition begins October 25, 2025 in Tonawanda, New York.

TONAWANDA, NY – OCTOBER 17, 2025 – Following a successful Beta season in early 2025, Supernova Dogs is proud to announce the launch of the first full season of the Supernova Agility League, an innovative agility competition designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for reactive dogs. The inaugural season kicks off October 25th at the Supernova Dogs training center in Tonawanda, New York.

While the Supernova Agility League is designed specifically to accommodate reactive dogs or dogs that might find traditional competition overwhelming, it provides all students the opportunity to build confidence, teamwork, and skills in a fun and safe environment. Agility League accepts both in-person and virtual participation, offering current students multiple ways to experience the excitement of agility trials in a venue that best suits their needs. Like more conventional competitions, it welcomes dogs of all abilities and rewards excellence with ribbons and advancement to higher levels.

Owner, Noelle Saladin comments, “Agility League was born from the desire to showcase the talents of dogs that may not excel in a standard trial environment. We wanted to create an experience that shared elements with the trial experience while offering a fun, positive, inclusive opportunity for dogs with fear and reactivity to participate safely and successfully. While Nova was the inspiration, our mission is driven by all of the Supernova Dogs and their handlers that we believe deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated for their achievements in the ring.”

Supernova Dogs Agility League season runs from October through April, with six planned events available for League members. While participation is limited to forty five teams for this first full season, Supernova has plans for further expansion of the program in the future.
