Join the League!

League Membership Registration is a one time registration per participating dog that is required prior to attending League events. When you register, your dog will be issued a League number which will be used to track their achievements. Seasonal renewals will be required to maintain an active membership status and participate in events during a given season. League registration is only open for two weeks per season, contact us if you are interested in receiving information about next season’s registration.

  • SUPERNOVA Agility League was born from the desire to showcase the talents of dogs that may not excel in a standard trial environment. League aims to provide a fun, positive, inclusive opportunity for Agility teams to showcase their skills, and to be acknowledged and celebrated for their achievements in the ring.

    Similar to a standard trial, we offer a variety of Agility games via in-person events and virtual participation from October-April.

  • League is open to any Supernova Dogs students!

    League is also reactive dog friendly! If your dog would not be appropriate for the in-person events, we have options for teams to participate virtually. Designated games are available during normal class times, private lessons, or ring rentals.

  • We require dogs to be at least 18 months old to participate in events. If your dog will be reaching the minimum age during a season, you are welcome to join the season and wait to attend your first event once they have reached 18 months. There are no age limits for participating. Senior dogs, over the age of 8, are given an additional time allowance on course times and the option to skip A-frame when included in a course. We have a number of senior friendly games!

  • Once a dog has completed our Agility Foundations program and is training at the Pre-Novice level, they are ready to participate at the Rookie level. If you are not sure if your dog is ready or appropriate for League, ask your instructor, our team is happy to answer your questions about the program and make a recommendation regarding your dog’s readiness.

  • League membership registration is opened once a year at the end of the summer. During enrollment, new players can join and previous players have the option to renew their membership for the new season.

  • We offer two levels at the time of registration, Rookie and Performer.

    Rookie courses include 8-14 obstacles and weaves are NOT included in any of the games at this level.

    Performer courses included 12-18 obstacles and will include a set of 6 weave poles for games with weaves.

    We recommend selecting the level that best matches your dog’s current skill level. You will have the ability to select different levels for individual games if you choose.

  • Yes! Dogs can earn standard titles by completing a designated number of qualifying runs in a game at each level. Exceptional titles are also available to teams that meet the requirements.
